Creative Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Hire and build a team of talented thorough professionals who will work on all creative requirements of the American business of the company.
• Conceptualize and execute innovative and out of the box campaigns and other creative ideas.
• Execute and launch high-converting creative ideas and new product pitches.
• Read and assess performance data, relay to the team and work to improve the performance of the team accordingly.
• Write copy/design creatives themselves while also managing a capable team.
• Source talent/work with external resources to deliver the requirements.
• Coordinate with other teams, departments and geographies to meet the creative goals of the Global Creative Team division.

Qualifications

• A Bachelors or Masters Degree in English Literature, Mass Communication, Advertising or Marketing
• Prior experience managing creative teams
• Ability to execute as a professional themselves, either as a copywriter or designer
• Candidates with experience with advertising agencies are welcome
• Minimum 5 years of overall work experience
• Perfect command over English

Extreme command over English, perfect grammar, minimum experience of 5 years in any field and 3 years in the creative/advertising industry is a must.

You will be required to write a short, interesting assignment as a part of the first round of the interview process. If you think you do not have the time or are unwilling to write the assignment, please do not apply as passing the assignment is mandatory for being eligible for the second round.
