Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, marketplace operations, performance tracking, and driving revenue growth through effective e-commerce strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of marketplace algorithms, and experience in

managing major e-commerce platforms.


Key Responsibilities:



1. Marketplace Management

• Manage and optimize listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Website, and other marketplaces.

• Ensure accuracy of product content, pricing, inventory, and category mapping.

• Improve product discoverability through SEO optimization and keyword research.

• Monitor Buy Box performance and take corrective actions where necessary.

 

2. Operations & Order Management

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

• Track order fulfillment, returns, cancellations, and customer issues.

• Maintain stock levels and prevent stockouts across all channels.


3. Campaign & Promotion Execution

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and sale events.

• Manage marketplace ads (e.g., Amazon PPC) to increase product visibility and boost conversions.

• Track campaign performance and optimize budgets.

 

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor daily sales performance and marketplace KPIs.

• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.


5. Content & Creative Coordination

• Work with design teams to develop high-quality product images, A+ content, and banners.

• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with platform guidelines.


6. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, product, supply chain, and finance teams.

• Coordinate new product launches across e-commerce platforms.

• Align platform strategy with overall business goals.


Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.


Skills

• Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and D2C operations.

• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Knowledge of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and PPC campaigns.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.

• Knowledge of tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, or DataStudio.

• Understanding of CRM and order management systems.

• Experience in health, wellness, or FMCG categories (optional).
