Location: Surat, Gujarat, India

Experience: 1–2 years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/- per month (as per experience and discussion)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle delivery-related issues such as delays, incorrect shipments, or damaged products. Coordinate with logistics, courier partners, and warehouse teams to ensure overall post purchase process is managed well.
Escalate recurring delivery or order issues to operations for process improvement.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and empathetic support.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (graduates in business, supply chain, or life sciences preferred).
Strong communication skills in English (and local languages where relevant).
Ability to multitask and manage order tracking with attention to detail.
Customer-first attitude with patience and problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with CRM systems, e-commerce and logistics is an added advantage.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience in customer support/logistics are welcome.
