Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Channel Management

• Own and manage Decode Age’s presence on

  Amazon India, Amazon Global, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1mg, Tata 1mg, and other relevant marketplaces

  .
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including order flow, catalogue management, and compliance with marketplace policies.
• Drive

  storefront management, listing accuracy, and content optimisation

  for improved conversions.

2. Growth & Strategy Development

• Build and execute a

  comprehensive growth plan for domestic and global e-commerce

  .
• Identify new market opportunities and

  lead international e-commerce expansion

  .
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver seamless customer journeys across platforms.

3. Campaign & Budget Management

• Plan and manage

  campaign budgets across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace promotions

  .
• Implement performance-driven bidding, targeting, and campaign strategies.
• Continuously monitor ROAS, ACOS, CPC, and optimise campaigns for profitability and scale.

4. Analytics & Automation

• Build and monitor advanced

  analytics dashboards

  to track revenue, retention, and marketplace KPIs.
• Leverage

  AI and automation tools

  to improve reporting, campaign optimisation, and demand forecasting.
• Translate analytics into actionable insights for scaling accounts and improving profitability.

5. Marketplace Excellence

• Lead

  marketplace strategy and performance

  discussions with Amazon, Flipkart, and other key partners.
• Negotiate with platforms for visibility, promotions, and strategic partnerships.
• Stay updated on latest marketplace policies, algorithms, and opportunities.

6. Team Leadership & Structure

• Build and manage a strong

  e-commerce team

  (campaign managers, catalogue executives, analysts).
• Define

  SOPs, workflows, and governance structures

  for efficient execution.
• Mentor team members to develop expertise in campaign optimisation, analytics, and automation.

7. Global Expansion

• Lead Decode Age’s

  entry into international marketplaces

  (Amazon US, EU, Middle East, South East Asia).
• Build a framework for

  cross-border logistics, compliance, pricing, and localisation

  .
• Develop strategic partnerships with distributors, aggregators, and fulfilment providers globally.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in

  e-commerce and marketplace management

  .
• Proven track record of scaling

  Amazon and other marketplaces

  in India and global markets.
• Experience in

  D2C, nutraceuticals, health, beauty, or consumer tech

  is highly preferred.

Skills & Competence

• Expert in

  Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and marketplace ad platforms

  .
• Advanced skills in

  analytics, dashboards, and automation tools

  .
• Strong negotiation skills with marketplace partners.
• Excellent leadership and project management ability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to scale brands across global markets.
