Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of E-Commerce to lead our online business strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our e-commerce operations, including business strategy, digital marketing, performance marketing, supply chain management, and marketplace growth. This role demands a highly analytical, strategic, and results-driven leader with a strong background in e-commerce and online retail. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales growth across online platforms. Marketing & Branding: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to increase brand awareness and sales. Marketplace Management: Lead operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms, ensuring strong visibility, optimized listings, and competitive pricing. Operations & Supply Chain: Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory management, order fulfillment, and timely deliveries. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and consumer insights to optimize sales performance, pricing strategies, and marketing effectiveness. Customer Experience: Enhance user experience by improving website functionality, product presentation, and customer service response times. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team to achieve business goals. Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large-scale e-commerce operations. Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and marketplace management. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. Ability to manage supply chain operations and logistics for online sales. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
