Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an E-commerce Specialist. The E-commerce Specialist will manage online sales channels, analyze product performance data, and ensure optimal product listings and inventory management. Responsibilities include creating and executing e-commerce strategies, coordinating with teams to optimize customer experience, addressing customer inquiries, and focusing on driving online sales and business growth. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns will also be an integral part of the role.

• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, sales performance tracking, and decision-making
• Experience and proficiency in E-Commerce platform management and strategies
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for managing client interactions and improving satisfaction
