We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a results-driven professional to scale our online sales.🔹 Role OverviewWe are hiring a skilled E-Commerce Specialist + Digital Marketing Manager who can manage marketplaces, grow online sales, and lead end-to-end digital marketing for the company.This role is for someone who knows how to sell, not just manage marketing.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce ManagementManage product listings, pricing, and catalogue optimization on Amazon, Flipkart, and our own e-commerce website.Handle order processing, inventory sync, returns, and overall marketplace performance.Improve product visibility and conversion rates across all online channels.Digital Marketing & GrowthPlan and execute online marketing campaigns to drive website traffic & sales.Manage SEO for the e-commerce site and run ongoing SEO improvement projects.Execute organic marketing strategies across platforms.Run paid ads when required (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads) to boost revenue.Track performance metrics, optimize ROAS, and report weekly/monthly insights.Sales & StrategyDevelop and implement digital sales funnels for continuous lead and sales growth.Conduct competitor analysis and identify trends in the agriculture & seeds market.Coordinate with product and operations teams for smooth fulfillment and promotions.🔹 RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.Proven track record of bringing sales through e-commerce and digital campaigns.Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.Strong knowledge of SEO, marketplace algorithms, ads management, and analytics.Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.🔹 What We OfferHybrid work setup (3 days office + WFH).Competitive salary with performance-based increments.Opportunity to lead digital growth in a fast-expanding agri-seed brand.Supportive company culture and long-term career growth potential.
