• Develop, schedule, and manage daily social media content (Reels, Posts, Stories) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
• Create engaging campaigns aligned with skincare trends, treatments, and seasonal topics.
• Identify, approach, and negotiate with influencers for paid and barter collaborations.
• Plan and execute influencer-led brand campaigns to boost reach and trust.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the design and clinic team for authentic and brand-aligned content.
• Monitor comments, DMs, and feedback across platforms for timely responses and engagement.
• Stay updated with social trends, viral content formats, and competitor strategies.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Instagram Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns at once.
• Creative thinking and understanding of aesthetic content.
