We are currently incubating a stealth media-tech venture focused on reinventing digital engagement, public campaigns, and narrative infrastructure through AI, creative strategy and performance-driven content.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our brand's digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media and influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Manage brand presence across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).
  • Create and oversee content calendars, ensuring timely and engaging posts.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for higher engagement and reach.

2. Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators across categories.
  • Develop and manage influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand tone and goals.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and agencies.
  • Measure campaign ROI and prepare detailed performance reports.

3. Content & Brand Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the creative, content, and marketing teams to develop compelling storytelling campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visuals across all social platforms.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 34 years of hands-on experience in social media management and influencer marketing (agency or brand side).
  • Proven experience in planning and executing influencer-led campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, CreatorIQ, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
