About the Role

At Gryd Co., we are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager who can bridge the worlds of influencer partnerships, PR storytelling, and social media strategy.


This role is perfect for someone who understands how to build brand narratives that spark conversations, foster communities, and create measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Marketing - Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with the right voices. Build and manage relationships with influencers, from niche creators to industry leaders, to drive brand visibility and authentic trust.
  • Public Relations - Shape narratives that spark conversation. Build media connections, pitch stories, and secure coverage that strengthens brand positioning and relevance.
  • Social Media Management - Plan, design, and execute platform-specific content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and X. Ensure content isn’t just visually appealing, but strategically aligned to brand objectives.
  • Campaign Strategy - Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns where PR, influencer traction, and digital storytelling merge to deliver measurable impact.
  • Performance Tracking - Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns in real time. Use insights to guide creative decisions and refine strategies for growth.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with design, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure campaigns feel cohesive, consistent, and powerful.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of agency experience in social media (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing content strategies and campaigns that drive brand growth.
  • Strong copywriting ability with creativity, precision, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with data analytics tools to interpret performance metrics and turn them into actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
  • Skilled in time management and organization, able to juggle multiple projects seamlessly.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other design/social media management tools is a plus.
