Role Overview:
We’re looking for a smart, creative and driven Social Media Manager to manage our social presence and build influencer collaborations that reflect our mission – “Shine from Within.”

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Instagram & Facebook – content calendar, posting, community engagement
Create engaging content: Reels, carousels, stories & UGC
Identify, contact & manage influencers – from discovery to execution
Coordinate product seeding & campaign deliverables
Track performance & suggest optimizations
Support brand campaigns & partnerships

Requirements:
2–5 years of social media & influencer experience
Strong knowledge of Instagram trends & tools
Creative copy skills & eye for good content
Excellent communication & coordination skills
Passion for beauty, wellness or women-led brands is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,932.39 - ₹46,497.67 per month
