Social Media Influencer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  2. Plan, create, and schedule posts, reels, and monthly content calendars.
  3. Identify and coordinate with international influencers for app/software promotions.
  4. Guide influencers and review their content to ensure quality and relevance.
  5. Track social media and influencer campaign performance using analytics tools.
  6. Optimize strategies based on insights and emerging trends.
  7. Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, content formats, and influencer marketing.

Qualification and Minimal Requirements
  1. Bachelor s degree or relevant qualification.
  2. 1 2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Influencer Marketing.
  3. Prior experience in an IT company (preferred).
  4. Strong written and spoken English (mandatory).
  5. Understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and content formats.
  6. Good coordination and communication skills, especially for dealing with international creators.
  7. Basic knowledge of Canva or content scheduling tools (preferred).
