An
Email Design & Campaign Specialist
is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that engage target audiences, build customer loyalty, and drive conversions. This role blends creative skills (design & development) with technical and analytical expertise (automation, segmentation, and performance tracking).
Email Design Operations
- Design & build digital marketing responsive emails using Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Email Marketing Tool – Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Adobe Campaign Management
- Responsible for resizing, modifying the images and uploading the same on live emails
- Expertise on Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML/ HTML5 CSS/ CSS3
- Good knowledge in cross email accounts issues and debugging
- Adept in online and traditional marketing and highly skilled in visual communications
Email Campaign Operations
- End to end e-mail campaign management and coordination for e-mail, push & other customer touchpoints using marketing automation tools
- Know how to use systems Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign Management, Marketo
- Managing on-time online editorial content publishing on related system (AWS, SalesForce, Marketo)
- Customer profiling & audience building – using marketing automation tools and/or SQL
- Understanding of marketing automation including e-mail design, responsive HTML coding, SQL query building, tracking and analysis of results
- Providing training and assistance to stakeholders on Campaign Management systems ( (AWS, SalesForce, Marketo) and processes.
- Conduct A/B testing on elements such as subject lines, content, imagery, and send times to optimize campaign performance and engagement rates.
- Initiating translation process of campaigns and delivering them to all related parties for validation
- Keep the track of deliveries with cost, deadline and supplier performance details in excel reports
- Act as SME for related projects.
- Aiding business to support additions and modifications of CRM content.
- Ensures editorial content is published according to guidelines
- Directing business on campaign content management process and workflows.
Experience
Proven experience in an email marketing or digital marketing role, typically 2+ years, with a track record of successful campaign management.
Qualifications
Qualification
- Masters/bachelor's degree in Computers, Marketing or a related field is typically required.
- Proficiency in japanese language (good to have)
Additional Information
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms/automation tools (AWS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, IVALDI)
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email customization and troubleshooting.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
