Job Opening: E-commerce Executive (Marketplace Owner)
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Location: Ramtekdi Industrial Estate, Hadapsar, Pune
Reporting to: Management / Business Head
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Executive who will independently manage and scale our presence on online marketplaces.
This role is end-to-end ownership of all marketplace activities including product research, listings, inventory, ads, operations, reconciliations, and performance tracking.
The candidate will be the single point of responsibility for Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Management & Operations
End-to-end management of seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho
Ensure overall account health, policy compliance, and performance metrics
Raise and follow up on tickets with marketplace support teams for issues related to listings, payments, claims, or account health
Coordinate with internal operations team for order processing, dispatch, and returns
2. Product Research & New Product Launch
Identify new product opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and keyword tools
Evaluate demand, competition, pricing, margins, and feasibility before launch
Plan and execute new product listings from scratch, including:
Keyword research
SEO-optimized titles, bullets, descriptions
Backend keyword optimization
Image brief coordination (if required)
3. Listing Optimization & Store Management
Regular listing optimization to improve:
Search ranking
Conversion rate
Click-through rate
Maintain and optimize brand stores on marketplaces
Monitor and improve content based on performance data, customer feedback, and marketplace updates
4. Inventory & FBA Management
Manage FBA and non-FBA inventory
Monitor stock levels and forecast replenishment requirements
Plan FBA shipments and ensure timely dispatch to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
Track inventory aging, dead stock, and slow movers
5. Advertising & Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
Monitor ACoS, ROAS, CPC, and overall ad profitability
Optimize campaigns regularly to ensure positive ROI
Scale profitable campaigns and pause/optimize non-performing ones
6. MIS, Payments & Profitability Tracking
Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including:
Sales performance
Ad spends & ROI
Inventory movement
Returns & refunds
Perform payment reconciliation with marketplace settlement reports
Prepare monthly product-wise and marketplace-wise P&L
Track returns, claims and RTO and take corrective actions
7. Tools & Software Usage
Hands-on experience with:
Helium 10 (or similar product research & keyword tools)
OMS software
Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level preferred)
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and dashboards
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing marketplaces
• Strong working knowledge of:
Amazon Seller Central (mandatory)
Flipkart & Meesho Seller Panels
FBA operations and inventory planning
Solid understanding of:
Marketplace SEO & keyword research
Pricing strategies & margin calculations
Ads optimization and ROI tracking
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
