We’re looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive with 2+ years of experience in managing Shopify & marketplace operations, product listings, order processing, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination. Responsibilities Manage daily operations on Shopify & marketplaces Create & maintain product listings (pricing, images, descriptions) Handle orders, shipping, returns & refunds Monitor inventory and update stock Manage basic customer queries via email, WhatsApp & DMs Track Blue Dart shipments daily, follow up on undelivered parcels, and coordinate with customers & Blue Dart for re-attempts Requirements 1–2 years e-commerce experience Shopify knowledge (Amazon is a plus) Organized & detail-oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
