Key Responsibilities Build and execute social media strategies for a streetwear brand Plan and manage content calendars with trend-led, brand-consistent posts Oversee reels, shoots, UGC, and influencer collaborations Stay updated on fashion, fitness, and culture trends to keep brands relevant Track and optimize performance for growth and engagement Manage community interactions (comments, DMs) to build loyalty Collaborate with design, marketing, and e-com teams for aligned campaigns Explore new platforms and creators to expand reach Basic Requirements 1-2 years of experience in social media management , preferably in fashion/lifestyle/clothing Strong grasp of streetwear, activewear, and youth culture trends (India & global) Proven record of growing social media accounts with creative, trend-led content Skilled in Instagram Reels, storytelling Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and paid promotions Excellent communication and aesthetic sense with eye for detail Passion for fashion, fitness, and culture-driven content Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
