Fashion Designer

As a fashion designer with 2-3 years of experience, your role will involve conceptualizing, developing, and executing innovative designs that are in line with our brand identity and current market trends. You will collaborate closely with production, merchandising, and marketing teams to bring collections to life from initial sketches to final products. Key Responsibilities: - Research global and local fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques to design relevant and innovative collections. - Develop seasonal mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts. - Create detailed sketches, CADs, and tech packs for sampling. - Select fabrics, trims, and accessories that align with the brand's positioning. - Work with sampling and production teams to ensure prototypes meet design, fit, and quality standards. - Conduct fittings and make necessary design adjustments. - Collaborate with merchandising to align collections with customer preferences and market demand. - Ensure timely delivery of collections within set budgets and deadlines. - Maintain an understanding of competitor activities and evolving fashion trends. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fashion design. - Proficiency in sketching, CAD software, and creating tech packs. - Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and accessories. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
