The Role - We’re looking for a talented Fashion Designer with strong technical grounding and a refined aesthetic sense - someone who understands both the craft and the culture of premium menswear. You will work closely with the founder and design team to develop collections, refine silhouettes, create patterns, and translate ideas into high-quality production-ready garments. What You’ll Do - Develop design concepts, moodboards, and sketches for new menswear collections Create detailed technical drawings and production-ready tech packs Execute pattern making (basic to intermediate) with precision Work with sampling units to oversee fits, fabric behaviour, and construction quality Conduct fabric and trim research with a strong textile understanding Collaborate with the team on silhouettes, cuts, and detailing aligned with the brand’s philosophy Prepare digital assets using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (Adobe Creative Cloud) What We’re Looking For - NIFT graduate (preferred) with 1–2 years of experience in fashion design Strong foundation in pattern making , draping, and garment construction Excellent skills in sketching , hand-rendering, and digital illustration Solid textile knowledge — blends, fall, feel, and material behaviour Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud , especially Illustrator A clean, refined design sensibility aligned with minimal, modern menswear Ability to think structurally while maintaining aesthetic clarity Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment Why Join Us - Work on premium, editorial-level menswear with global positioning Chance to build a long-term design career with a brand rooted in depth, clarity, and intention High creative ownership, hands-on exposure, and direct mentorship A culture that values calm, quality, and craftsmanship over noise
