About the Role:

Fashion Designer

This is a dynamic role requiring strong fashion knowledge, excellent communication, attention to detail, and willingness to travel for consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Consultations & Styling

• Visit clients across Delhi NCR for designer-led consultations.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, body type, and occasion needs.
• Suggest styles, silhouettes, fabrics, colours, and detailing suitable to each client.
• Provide expert fashion advice and guide clients through design decisions.

2.Measurement & Technical Expertise

• Take precise body measurements for women.
• Create design notes with clarity for the cutting master and tailoring team.
• Ensure technical feasibility of selected designs and fabric choices.

3.Design Development

• Ideate and sketch custom outfits (casual, festive, ethnic, and western).
• Prepare reference boards and detailing sheets for the production team.
• Recommend embroidery, embellishments, trims, and design finishes.

4.Production Coordination

• Work closely with the in-house tailoring team to ensure perfect execution.
• Conduct quality checks during trials and final outfit completion.
• Ensure timely delivery of garments within promised timelines.

5.Client experience & Communication

• Maintain a luxury service tone during appointments.
• Provide updates to clients regarding trials, fittings, and delivery.
• Handle client queries professionally and ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Fashion Design or related field (NIFT/NIIFT/INIFD preferred).
2. 3–5 years of experience in fashion design, bespoke wear, couture.
3. Strong knowledge of Indian & Western wear silhouettes, patterns, fabrics, and embroidery techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to take accurate measurements for men and women.
6. Must be comfortable travelling across

   Delhi NCR

   for appointments.
7. Strong sense of luxury fashion, styling, and customer experience.
8. Ability to work 6 days a week with flexible hours based on client appointments.
