About the Role

Were looking for a sharp and reliable Production Manager to lead bespoke garment production from client order to final delivery. You&aposll collaborate with designers, tailors, and QA to ensure each piece meets our luxury standardson time and in perfect form.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage the full production lifecycle of custom garments. ? Ensure smooth and timely intake, production, and delivery. ? Translate designer inputs into clear, actionable plans. ? Track production data, order status, and inventory. ? Use tools like Google Sheets for accurate tracking and reporting. ? Oversee quality controlfit, fabric, finish, and client satisfaction. ? Make quick, confident decisions to avoid workflow delays.

Who You Are

? 3+ years in

bespoke/couture production only (non-factory).

? Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills. ? Proactive, accountable, and comfortable working under pressure. ? Proficient in Google Sheets or similar tools for data management. ? Preferably from NIFT or a similar design/production institute.
