As a Senior Designer joining our design team, you will play a crucial role in handling multiple brands and overseeing design projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include creating new and original designs for brands based on customer specifications, needs, and brand image. You will be tasked with developing design concepts that align with the business objectives of the organization, ensuring a seamless process from concept to delivery. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, as well as staying up-to-date with changing global trends and market insights. You will work closely with merchants and factories to bring design concepts to life, ensuring product reviews for style and fit before presenting them to customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing new product presentations and sharing them with customers as per the current season. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from NIFT/Pearl and have at least 5-6 years of industrial experience with an Export/Buying house. Proficiency in design software and editing tools is essential, along with a strong command over design techniques and visual elements. Your creative thinking, attention to detail, and good aesthetics sense will be valuable assets in this position. Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills are required to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You should be able to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others, demonstrating a strong working knowledge of online and offline design, brand development, and the creative process. Your ability to find potential vendors and factories for product development, visit fabric and accessories fairs for new inputs, and make timely presentations of the latest developments will be key to your success in this role.,
