Role Overview The E-Commerce Manager will own and manage all online sales channels , including Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms such as Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, and similar platforms . The role is accountable for revenue growth, profitability (P&L), visibility, operations, and platform relationships across all e-commerce and Q-commerce channels. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) End-to-end management of seller accounts across all marketplaces Listing creation, optimization (titles, keywords, images, A+ content) Pricing strategy, discount planning, and deal participation Managing ads (AMS, Flipkart Ads) for ROAS and visibility Monitoring account health, performance metrics, and compliance Handling returns, RTOs, claims, reimbursements, and escalations 2. Quick Commerce Management (Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) Onboarding and managing brand presence on all Q-commerce platforms Managing assortment planning, pricing, margins, and visibility Coordinating demand planning, replenishment, and dark store supply Ensuring SLA adherence, fill rate optimization, and stock availability Driving platform-led promotions, banners, and visibility placements Managing platform relationships and negotiations 3. Sales, Revenue & P&L Ownership Complete ownership of channel-wise P&L Improving contribution margins by optimizing ads, discounts, and logistics costs Monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning and forecasting Tracking GMV, net sales, contribution margin, TACoS, and profitability 4. Inventory & Operations Coordination Forecasting demand and coordinating with supply chain and warehouse teams Preventing stock-outs and over-stocking Managing expiry-based inventory (especially for FMCG / food categories) Ensuring smooth order fulfillment and minimal cancellations 5. Marketing, Visibility & Growth Planning and executing campaigns, festive sales, and platform events Coordinating with design and content teams for creatives and banners Data-driven optimization using dashboards and performance reports Tracking conversion rates, CTR, and customer acquisition costs 6. Reporting & Analytics Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on sales and performance Deep analysis of platform reports for actionable insights Identifying growth opportunities and fixing revenue leakages 7. Team & Stakeholder Management Managing internal teams or agencies handling ads, operations, or listings Coordinating with finance, supply chain, and marketing teams Acting as the single point of contact for all platform partners Key Skills & Competencies Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub Proven experience managing Quick Commerce platforms (Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto) Strong understanding of P&L, unit economics, and margin structures Data-driven mindset with strong Excel / reporting skills Excellent negotiation and platform relationship management skills Ability to work in fast-paced, high-ownership environments Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
