About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and tech-savvy E-commerce Executive (BDE) to lead our online business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart), driving performance through data analytics, overseeing inventory & fulfillment, and executing digital marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strategic approach to operations, marketing, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Management: Manage Shopify-based e-commerce store operations including product listing, content optimization, order fulfillment, and inventory management. Ensure accurate and timely execution of operational tasks on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Monitor marketplace trends and conduct competitive analysis for product positioning and growth. Marketing & Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies including paid ads, promotions, and influencer collaborations. Create and manage ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google. Optimize organic and paid traffic using SEO, keyword targeting, reviews, and rankings. Customer Support & Satisfaction: Use tools like Gorgias for chatbot support and handle customer queries, returns, and refunds. Improve user experience and satisfaction by promptly addressing feedback and offering solutions. Analytics & Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on KPIs such as sales, P&L, traffic sources, checkout behavior, and product performance. Monitor and recover abandoned carts through remarketing strategies. Team & Vendor Coordination: Lead operations & logistics team to ensure warehouse, packing, and shipping norms are maintained. Coordinate with internal marketing and tech teams as well as external vendors and shipping partners. Technical & Financial Oversight: Manage payment gateway issues and case resolutions. Track and report annual profit and loss performance and cost optimization. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce operations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart). Strong knowledge of digital marketing and campaign execution (paid ads, social media, email, SMS). Excellent understanding of e-commerce analytics, conversion optimization, and logistics. Experience with CRM, analytics tools, payment gateways, and customer service platforms (e.g., Gorgias).
