Human Resources Intern - Recruiter

Location: Churchgate Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Reports to: Deputy Manager Duration: 12 Months (Full-Time Internship) Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to join our HR team for a 1-year internship. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You'll work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to support the organization’s talent acquisition goals. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Help maintain and update the recruitment database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Communicate professionally with candidates to provide timely updates and feedback. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across multiple platforms. Support in organizing hiring drives , campus recruitment, and walk-in interviews. Assist in onboarding processes including documentation and induction coordination. Work on HR reports and help analyze recruitment metrics when needed. Collaborate with the team on employer branding initiatives. Key Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interest in recruitment and human resources. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc.) is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
