Job Title: Receptionist Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai Department: Administration/Front Office Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner. Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable. Provide basic and accurate information to visitors and clients. Manage meeting room bookings and assist in scheduling appointments. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers. Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring visitor logbooks. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence. Coordinate with internal teams for office management tasks. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus. Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
