Postion Overview:

E-Commerce Brand Manager

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and content teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience and strong brand positioning. If you have a passion for e-commerce, data-driven decision-making, and beauty or lifestyle products, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.


Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Product Listing & Catalog Management

  • Create and optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, images, and keywords tailored to each marketplace
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information including pricing, availability, and variants
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging visuals and A+ content


2. Sales & Promotional Strategy

  • Plan and execute online sales promotions, discounts, and campaigns aligned with marketing calendars
  • Manage marketplace deals, coupons, and seasonal events to boost visibility and sales
  • Coordinate with marketing and performance teams to drive traffic through paid ads and influencer collaborations


3. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely replenishment
  • Monitor stock health to avoid out-of-stock situations or excess inventory build-up
  • Forecast demand based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonality


4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track sales metrics, conversion rates, traffic sources, and other KPIs across e-commerce platforms
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, slow-moving SKUs, and potential risks
  • Prepare regular reports and share insights with senior management and cross-functional teams


5. Marketplace Relationship Management

  • Liaise with marketplace account managers to leverage platform tools, promotional opportunities, and category insights
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and brand standards
  • Address marketplace-related issues including listing errors, customer complaints, and seller support


6. Customer Experience & Feedback

  • Monitor customer reviews and feedback to identify product or service improvements
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues impacting brand reputation
  • Use customer insights to guide product development and marketing messaging


7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, creative, supply chain, finance, and analytics teams to align strategies and executions
  • Support launch plans for new products, ensuring e-commerce readiness and visibility
  • Assist in coordinating influencer and content campaigns specific to e-commerce channels


8. Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct regular competitor benchmarking to stay updated on pricing, promotions, and new product launches
  • Recommend strategies to maintain or improve market positioning


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 1–3 years of experience managing brands or e-commerce channels, preferably in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, or TIRA
  • Experience with product listing, catalog management, pricing, and promotional strategies
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics platforms and tools (Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Helium 10, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance teams
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, or consumer goods markets is highly desirable
