Position Overview At Skinbae, we’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our content and campaign strategy across platforms. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media efforts to grow our brand, engage our community, and drive conversions. Roles & Responsibilities As a Social Media Strategist at SkinBae, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our social media presence across platforms, ensuring a strong brand voice, audience engagement, and content innovation. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop and manage the Instagram content calendar, ensuring consistency and engagement. Plan, strategize, and execute social media campaigns aligned with SkinBae’s marketing objectives. Monitor social media trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to keep content fresh and competitive. 2. Video Content Ideation, Scripting & Execution Lead the end-to-end video content creation process for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other formats. Ideate, script, and direct videos, working closely with the content creation team to execute compelling visual content. Schedule and oversee the execution of all video shoots, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency. Review and provide constructive feedback on all video content before publishing. 3. Content & Design Collaboration Work closely with graphic designers to ensure Instagram posts, carousels, and video elements align with SkinBae’s luxury brand aesthetic. Provide creative direction for visually compelling and engaging social media assets. 4. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Identify, shortlist, and manage influencer collaborations to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Handle end-to-end influencer communication, from outreach to campaign execution. Manage and support affiliate marketing efforts, ensuring smooth coordination and performance tracking. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with the content writer to provide inputs for emailers, ad copies, website content, and campaign messaging. Collaborate with external agencies for paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and email marketing. Align organic social media content with paid marketing strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness. 6. Customer Engagement & Support Manage customer support via email and WhatsApp, ensuring timely responses to social media-related queries. Handle Instagram DMs and comments for key accounts, fostering brand engagement. 7. Performance Tracking & Analytics Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and data-driven recommendations. Optimize content strategy based on engagement metrics, audience behavior, and campaign performance. 8. Team Leadership & Growth Train and mentor junior content creators, ensuring they develop skills in content ideation, execution, and brand storytelling. Provide structured guidance and feedback to improve content quality and efficiency.
