Role Overview

In-house Social Media Videographer

consistent posting, fast turnaround times, and strong visual storytelling

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Shooting & Production

• Shoot short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories) in the office and during planned shoots
• Frame, light, and capture content optimised for social media platforms
• Translate content briefs into engaging, platform-ready visuals
• Maintain consistency with brand aesthetics and visual tone

2. Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit short-form videos with strong pacing, hooks, and clean transitions
• Add text overlays, music, sound effects, and basic motion elements as required
• Deliver edits within defined timelines (same day / next day where required)
• Ensure final videos are optimised for Instagram and YouTube formats

3. Content Execution & Coordination

• Work closely with content strategists and creators to plan shoots in advance
• Follow a weekly content plan and delivery schedule
• Maintain clarity on priorities and deadlines
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables end-to-end

4. Asset Management

• Organise raw footage and edited files systematically
• Maintain a clear file-naming and folder structure
• Ensure footage is backed up and accessible to the team

Requirements

Must-Have

• Strong experience in

  shooting and editing short-form social media videos

• Hands-on with tools like

  Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / After Effects (basic)

• Clear understanding of Instagram Reels trends, pacing, and hooks
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality
• Comfortable working from office and collaborating daily with the team
• Strong sense of

  ownership, accountability, and deadlines

Good to Have

• Experience working with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Understanding of brand aesthetics and storytelling
• Ability to suggest visual ideas or improvements during shoots
