Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a DSA (Direct Sales Agent) Manager. The DSA Manager will be responsible for onboarding and managing channel partners, generating new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent partner relationships. Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, strategizing to enhance productivity, ensuring compliance with company policies, and addressing partner queries promptly. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing is key to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance.
• Proven ability in sales strategy, business development, and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and CRM tools.
• Leadership abilities to manage and motivate channel partners effectively.
• Customer-centric approach with experience in resolving client or partner queries.
• Applicants with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and prior experience in the financial services or loan distribution industry are preferred.
