Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new

    DSA partners

    in assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure continuous business generation.
  • Train DSAs on product knowledge, documentation, compliance, and processes.
  • Drive

    loan product sales

    (Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, etc.) through DSA network.
  • Ensure quality sourcing of files and adherence to company policies and KYC norms.
  • Monitor DSA performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth file processing and disbursal.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
  • Resolve partner issues and ensure high satisfaction levels across the DSA network.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive positioning.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Finance preferred)
  • Experience:

    Minimum 26 years in DSA/channel sales within banking or NBFCs
  • Sound knowledge of

    loan products

    Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, Personal Loan
  • Strong understanding of

    DSA operations, documentation

    , and regulatory guidelines
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
