Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify, recruit, and onboard new
DSA partners
in assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure continuous business generation.
Train DSAs on product knowledge, documentation, compliance, and processes.
Drive
loan product sales
(Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, etc.) through DSA network.
Ensure quality sourcing of files and adherence to company policies and KYC norms.
Monitor DSA performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth file processing and disbursal.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
Resolve partner issues and ensure high satisfaction levels across the DSA network.
Track market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive positioning.

Requirements:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Finance preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 26 years in DSA/channel sales within banking or NBFCs
Sound knowledge of
loan products
Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, Personal Loan
Strong understanding of
DSA operations, documentation
, and regulatory guidelines
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
