About Retail Lending: The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like home loans, car loans, and personal loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and business loans for small businesses and is also responsible for the rural lending business of the bank. About the Role: The Operations officer is responsible for post sanction processing of loans, after verification of pre sanction documents and loan agreements and dispatching varified files with proper system updation to central storage, reconciliation with central team and managing the repayment instrument dispatch. The job holder is also responsible for ensuring internal and regulatory compliance and resolving customer service requests/complaints within stipulated TAT.
