Senior Product Consultant

We are hiring Loan Origination Experts who have hands-on experience in buildingand scaling Loan Origination Systems (LOS) across diverse lines ofbusiness. This is a high-impact role where you will work on mission-criticalprojects, helping design, configure, and implement next-gen LOS solutionsintegrated with global standards and AI-driven decisioning.

KeyResponsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end Loan Origination Systems across retail and MSME lending.
• Drive Rule Engine configurations to enable flexible, automated decision-making.
• Define, configure, and optimize Workflow Management to deliver seamless customer journeys.
• Build and maintain robust Master Management frameworks for customer, product, and transaction data.
• Deliver Mobility-first solutions for loan origination including agent, DSA, and customer applications.
• Manage Global Customer Data Models ensuring compliance, scalability, and unified 360 view across geographies.
• Design solutions spanning multiple product lines: Home Loan (HL), Personal Loan (PL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Gold Loan, Vehicle Loan, and others.
• Collaborate with FinTech ecosystem partners and India Stack (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, DigiLocker, UPI, Account Aggregator, eSign, CKYC).
• Engage with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Credit, Risk, and Operations, ensuring

  Requirements

  are translated into functional LOS configurations.
• Apply AI/ML techniques for:
• Risk scoring using alternative data (telecom, utility, social, cashflows).
• Predictive credit behavior modeling.
• Fraud detection and anomaly spotting.
• Conversational AI for faster onboarding and customer service.

Mentor team members and actively contribute toknowledge-sharing within the product and solution delivery teams.

Requirements

• Strong background in Loan Origination Systems design and implementation.
• Expertise in Rule Engines, Configurations, Workflow Management, Master Data Management, and Mobility Solutions.
• Deep understanding of lending product lifecycle across HL, PL, LAP, Gold, Vehicle, MSME, and Business Loans.
• Hands-on exposure to CPV/Field Investigation modules and external data integrations.
• Proven experience with FinTech integrations and Digital India Stack APIs.
• Knowledge of Global Customer Data Management and regulatory-compliant architectures.
• Practical application of AI/ML in credit decisioning, fraud analytics, and customer engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Open to Bankers from Sales/Credit backgrounds willing to transition into FinTech solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Technology, or Finance.
• 8-12 years of experience in Lending / LOS / BFSI / FinTech product development.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
