About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT/CRM Executive to manage and optimize our Zoho CRM system and related platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth CRM operations, streamline client data management, enhance automation efficiency, and support digital engagement initiatives across social media and communication platforms. This role will be central to improving our client experience, operational efficiency, and digital presence. Key Responsibilities: Manage, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM and integrated Zoho apps (Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Forms, Zoho Social, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, etc.). Create and manage workflows, automation, templates, dashboards, and reports. Ensure data hygiene, client information accuracy, and regular updates in CRM. IT Systems & Integration: Act as the point of contact for CRM-related technical issues and troubleshooting. Coordinate with Zoho support or external vendors for system upgrades and automation. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field . 1–3 years of experience managing Zoho CRM and related applications (Zoho One suite preferred). Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and integrations. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and data handling.
