Role Overview

Associate – CRM & Digital Platforms

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain

    Zoho CRM

    for client data, lead management, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Support client onboarding, servicing, and retention processes using CRM-driven solutions.
  • Assist advisors with timely reports, portfolio summaries, and client communication.
  • Drive digital initiatives including email campaigns, website updates, and social media promotions.
  • Coordinate with the team to design and execute client engagement strategies across digital platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on CRM usage, campaign effectiveness, and digital performance metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance in all CRM and digital activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM

    and related Zoho applications.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing, website CMS).
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
