Job summary

We are seeking an experienced T24 Developer with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Temenos T24 T24 - AA Retail Lending and T24 - Core. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.


 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Temenos T24 systems.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide expert guidance on T24
  • AA Retail Lending to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the implementation of T24
  • Core to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all business operations.
  • Conduct regular assessments of business performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team members understanding of Temenos T24 functionalities.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
  • Support the development of business cases for new initiatives and projects.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.


 

Qualifications

  •  
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Temenos T24 including AA Retail Lending and Core functionalities.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully managing business operations in a hybrid work environment.
  • Show proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Display a strong understanding of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Be adept at using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
