Job Description

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced T24 Developer with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Temenos T24 T24 - AA Retail Lending and T24 - Core. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Temenos T24 systems.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to optimize performance and productivity.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.
Provide expert guidance on T24
AA Retail Lending to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Oversee the implementation of T24
Core to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all business operations.
Conduct regular assessments of business performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Facilitate training sessions to enhance team members understanding of Temenos T24 functionalities.
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
Support the development of business cases for new initiatives and projects.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

Possess in-depth knowledge of Temenos T24 including AA Retail Lending and Core functionalities.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Have a proven track record of successfully managing business operations in a hybrid work environment.
Show proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Display a strong understanding of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Be adept at using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
