Product Manager

Job Title: Product Lead / Product Manager Digital Collections Platform

• Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for CraftSilicon's Digital Collections suite.
• Align digital collection capabilities with business segment-

  MSME, Retail, and Microfinance-

  and overall digital transformation goals.
• Continuously identify opportunities to leverage

  AI, analytics, and automation

  in the collections journey.

2. Product Development & Innovation

• Lead the design and development of

  digital-first collections applications

  , including chat-based engagement tools, omnichannel contact systems, and automated reminder workflows.
• Drive integration with core lending and loan management systems.
• Build and manage

  AI/LLM-based conversational collection assistants

  to improve borrower interaction, repayment rates, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless UX, performance, and scalability.

3. Collections Process Transformation

• Leverage strong understanding of the

  collections lifecycle

  : early-stage, mid-stage, and late-stage recovery processes.
• Design workflows, dashboards, and performance analytics to optimize agent productivity and collection outcomes.
• Implement segmentation, behavioral scoring, and predictive analytics to enable smarter outreach strategies.

4. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business, risk, and operations teams to ensure the platform meets compliance and operational requirements.
• Engage with clients and field teams to gather feedback, validate new features, and measure impact.
• Conduct product demos and drive internal adoption across business lines.

5. Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Track product KPIs and continuously refine features to improve repayment efficiency and customer engagement.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and regulatory standards applicable to lending and collections.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required).

• MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.

• Experience:

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in

  Product Management

  or

  Digital Product Development

  , with specific exposure to

  collections processes

  in financial services.
• Proven track record of managing

  digital transformation initiatives

  within lending or banking environments.
• Strong understanding of

  collections operations

  , borrower behavior, and recovery workflows.
