Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Retail Lending Department The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure timely and effective servicing of customer queries and requests post-disbursement of loans
Manage service requests and handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
Provide excellent customer service to ensure delightful customer experience
Close service requests within TAT and adhere to QoC standards
Handle escalations in a timely and efficient manner
Cross-sell services to sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with lending products and services, including home loans, car loans, and personal loans
Experience in retail lending, working capital loans, and business loans for small businesses
Knowledge of rural lending and its operations is an added advantage
