Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Retail Lending Department The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure timely and effective servicing of customer queries and requests post-disbursement of loans
Manage service requests, handle complaints, and escalate issues professionally
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to customers

Job Requirements

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Management or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail lending environment
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools and ticketing systems
