Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Retail Lending Department The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure timely and effective servicing of customer queries and requests post-disbursement of loans
Manage service requests, handle complaints, and escalate issues professionally
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring delightful customer experience
Close service requests within the defined turnaround time (TAT) and quality parameters (QoC)
Handle escalations in a timely and efficient manner
Cross-sell services to sales teams to enhance business growth

Job Requirements

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Management
Ability to ensure delightful customer experience and provide excellent service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Experience in handling customer complaints and escalating issues
Familiarity with retail lending products and services is an added advantage
