Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Retail Lending Department The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure timely servicing of customer queries and requests post-disbursement of loans, particularly for walk-in customers at RAC Service Desks
Manage service requests effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and promptly, adhering to TAT and QoC standards
Cross-sell services to sales teams to enhance customer engagement and retention
Provide excellent customer service to ensure delightful experiences
Close service requests within TAT and according to QoC guidelines

Job Requirements

A graduate or postgraduate degree in Management is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle escalations professionally
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong customer relationships
Strong problem-solving skills are needed to resolve customer complaints and issues
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
