Job Description

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Product & Portfolio Management

Drive Credit Card sales across assigned YES Bank branches.
Manage product penetration, cross-sell & up-sell opportunities.
Ensure monthly/quarterly portfolio growth as per business targets.

Branch Coordination

Work closely with branch managers & staff to generate leads.
Train branch teams on product features, USP, and sales scripts.
Conduct regular branch visits and ensure activation of branches.

Sales & Revenue

Achieve monthly sales targets for new Credit Cards.
Identify high-yield customer segments for targeted campaigns.
Monitor TAT for sourcing, documentation, and customer onboarding.

Compliance & Processes

Ensure adherence to KYC, RBI, and internal audit guidelines.
Maintain 100% regulatory compliance during customer acquisition.

Reporting & MIS

Track branch-wise performance against targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Monitor rejection trends and take corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate with
25 years of Credit Card sales experience
(mandatory).
Strong background in
Branch Channel Sales
preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Must be target-oriented with strong portfolio management skills.
Preferably female candidates.
