Role Overview

Own end-to-end domestic and international dispatches, including documentation (e-way bill, packing list, commercial invoices), DHL portal management, packaging, tracking, and coordination with courier partners and customs to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

International & Domestic Dispatch

• Plan and execute all international and domestic shipments; schedule pickups; track until delivery; resolve NDRs/returns.
• Manage DHL portal: create AWBs, upload KYC/invoices, confirm duties/taxes, and monitor exceptions.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare e-way bills, packing lists, commercial invoices; ensure HS codes, values, and GST details are accurate.
• Maintain shipment files/MIS for audit; ensure document–parcel match.

Communication & Email Ownership

• Reply to all emails related to dispatch

  (clients, internal teams, courier partners) with tracking, ETAs, and resolutions.
• Share daily dispatch updates and delays proactively with stakeholders.

Customs & Issue Resolution

• Coordinate with customs when a package is held

  —provide documents, clarify HS codes/values, arrange inspections, and close queries.
• Liaise with DHL brokerage/customs officers to expedite clearance and duty payments as needed; escalate blockers promptly.

Coordination & Inventory

• Align with production/store teams for readiness of orders and packaging materials.
• Maintain stock of packaging supplies; raise replenishment requests on time.

Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on with DHL/Blue Dart portals, export docs, e-way bills, GST basics, HS codes.
• Clear written email communication; strong follow-ups and stakeholder management.
• High accuracy, urgency, and ownership under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in dispatch/logistics (fashion/apparel preferred).
• Proficient in Excel and shipment documentation tools.
