About the Role:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and assist them in making product selections.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, collections, and ongoing promotions.
• Manage visual merchandising and ensure the store is neat, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
• Build strong relationships with repeat customers and encourage loyalty.
• Support inventory management – stock replenishment, tagging, and returns.
• Coordinate with backend, production and logistics teams for order fulfilment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in

  retail sales

  (fashion / apparel industry preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in

  English and Hindi

• Presentable, well-groomed, and brand-aligned appearance.
• Passion for styling, customer service, and teamwork.
• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and store shifts.
