Job Description:

NaazByNoor is looking for a dedicated and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sense of fashion, and prior experience in handling retail or boutique operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations and staff.

Maintain stock levels, display, and store presentation.

Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly sales targets and manage incentive programs.

Coordinate with the head office for inventory and billing.

Ensure smooth billing and record-keeping.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/store management (fashion/boutique preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and billing knowledge.

Well-groomed and customer-focused personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
