Role Description

Lead the day-to-day operations of a Fabuliv store with a sharp focus on sales, customer experience, and team performance. You’ll use strong product knowledge, excellent selling and communication skills, and basic interior design know-how to help customers choose the right furniture and décor for their space. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, developing promotional strategies, and maintaining product displays.



Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, retail operations, and staff supervision
  • Deliver consultative selling and personalized recommendations.
  • Provide basic interior guidance (space planning, color/finish selection, styling)
  • Hire, train, coach, and schedule staff; conduct performance reviews
  • Create a high-energy, customer-first culture and lead by example on the floor
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and developing strategies
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to set and meet sales targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in the furniture/ home décor industry is a must
