**Job Title** Store Manager – High end electronics gadgets store in Khan Market **Job Overview** The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, of a leading retail outlet for premium electronics and lifestyle products. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and retail skills, as well as working knowledge of retail/imports and effective coordination with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth store functioning and superior customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Supervise and manage all store operations, staff, and inventory, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. - Develop store strategies aimed at increasing customer base, maximizing store traffic, and optimizing profitability. - Train, motivate, and mentor staff to deliver excellent customer service; conduct performance appraisals and identify training needs. - Ensure high standards for store presentation, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies. - Monitor inventory levels, coordinate ordering, and ensure availability of all premium products including imported electronics. - Manage import-related processes including documentation, compliance with regulations, and coordination with international suppliers and logistics providers. - Liaise with vendors, logistics, and purchasing teams for timely deliveries and accurate paperwork. - Resolve customer complaints and staff issues in a professional, service-oriented manner. - Monitor sales trends, customer needs, and market developments to make informed decisions. - Prepare and analyze sales reports, track key performance indicators, and report to senior management. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. - Minimum 5-6 years of experience in retail management; prior experience with imported goods is highly desirable. - Strong organizational and leadership abilities; excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Working knowledge of import regulations, documentation, and vendor coordination. - Proven ability to manage inventory, logistics, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. - Proficient in data analysis, market trends, and use of ERP/excel systems for reporting. **Preferred Attributes** - Customer-centric mindset with a passion for luxury products and technology. - Proactive, problem-solver and team-player with strong negotiation and vendor management skills. **Location & Environment** Position based at Khan Market, New Delhi, in a sophisticated and dynamic retail environment catering to premium clientele.
