About the Role:

We are looking for a Production Manager who can turn design vision into reality ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and premium finishing at every stage.

This role demands strong technical knowledge, vendor management expertise, and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end production process and manage two production units.

• Plan and monitor production timelines to ensure smooth execution.

• Supervise team attendance and daily production output.

• Manage and develop relationships with tailors, masters, QC, and packaging teams.

• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure production aligns with creative intent.

• Coordinate with QC and merchandising for quality checks and on-time deliveries.

• Track and manage inventory, raw materials, trims, and accessories.

• Implement quality standards and process improvements for efficiency and consistency.

• Maintain proper documentation — production schedules, PO sheets, and vendor bills.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in fashion/apparel production (premium or luxury segment preferred).

• In-depth understanding of fabrics, surface techniques, and finishing details.

• Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple collections simultaneously.

• Proactive problem solver with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
