Job Brief: Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Engineer to oversee and enhance our manufacturing processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient production of our EV charging solutions while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to the growing EV sector.

Responsibilities

· Operational Support: Assist in monitoring daily production and operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow.

· Data Collection & Reporting: Gather and analyze operational and engineering data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

· Process Improvement: Support initiatives aimed at cost savings, energy efficiency, and process optimization.

· Safety & Compliance: Help enforce safety procedures and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe work environment.

· Troubleshooting: Assist in identifying operational issues and work with the team to find and implement solutions.

· Coordination: Work closely with production, quality control, and supply chain teams to streamline operations.

· Documentation: Maintain reports, logs, and process documentation to track efficiency and improvements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
• Experience: 0-3 years in production or manufacturing roles.
• Skills:

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
