Job brief

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our company. As the Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of engineering duties including Inspection, Testing, Documentation, etc.

The Quality Engineer position in our company will offer you a chance to make your mark in the growing EV Sector. The chosen engineer will ensure the quality of the product. This role will give you an opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge to the maximum along with a healthy development of your leadership skills.

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the manufacturing process consistently produces products that meet or exceed specified quality standards.

· Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to verify that all incoming materials, components, and subassemblies meet required specifications and quality standards.

· Conduct regular inspections and tests on EV charging guns at various stages of the production process.

· Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes, test results, and inspection reports.

· Prepare comprehensive reports on product quality, highlighting any issues, trends, or areas for improvement.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality and reliability of EV charging guns.

· Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications for EV charging equipment.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

· Experience in quality assurance/control within the manufacturing industry is preferred.

· Preference will be given to candidates with experience in ISO and IATF documentation.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Accurate and strong attention to detail.

· Proficient in MS Office.

· Possesses basic knowledge of electrical engineering and project management.

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

· Experience of 0-3 years in the manufacturing industry.
