Quality Engineer

Job Description: Experience 3 to 5 year's

Responsibilities

Conduct in-process and final inspections of fabricated machine components and assemblies

Ensure adherence to quality standards and engineering drawings.

Monitor and enforce compliance with internal and external quality requirements (ISO, customer standards, etc.)

Prepare and maintain quality documentation including Inspection Reports, Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), CAPA, and Quality Plans

Investigate and analyse product or process deviations, initiating root cause analysis and corrective actions

Assist in developing inspection methods and checklists for new fabrication projects

Coordinate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.

Support internal and external audits, including preparation of necessary documents and records.

Promote continuous improvement initiatives in fabrication processes and quality control.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Experience: 3 to 5 years in a quality role within a machine fabrication or metal manufacturing environment.

Solid understanding of fabrication processes including welding, machining, cutting, and assembly
